This was an awesome choice for tailbone or pudendal never relief. Wish I had bought two instead of the other one that flattened out as soon as my butt hit the seat. Use this in the car and move it from car to car almost every day. Is firm but in a pleasant and useful way and keeps that tailbone from being jarred, jammed and jiggled when you sit down the proper way on it. See that you do and you will love it. Granted, I am not over 115 lbs and my butt won't fill out two seats so this may not work for you if yours does or you may otherwise feel perched on it. Perhaps they need to make a larger size for larger people.

Like the firmness of this cushion. Holds up shape. Only wish it was a bit wider. My fluffy butt needs it. It does alleviate the pain on my tailbone.

This product has both rear and front cutout sections. This makes it ideal for medical issues involving the front and/or rear anatomy within the pelvic floor. Thickness and firmness seem appropriate for average sizes. It is very functional as well as attractive. Excellent product!

Im 5ft 7in and 120lb and this is a horrible cushion. Dont be fulled by all the others saying its the best thing since sliced bread. Its to small for me(I'm a very small person) when I sit on down it feels like the hole opening is way to small and my balls/package seem squished up against it uncomfortable due to the small opening and not being wide enough.

Amazing! This is the best purchase I have made in awhile. I use it at work and in the drivers seat of my car. It is soft memory foam and contours to your body. I’ve had previous cushions that I had returned because they were hard as a rock, despite having stellar reviews. I am 5’7, 150 lbs and the cushion didn’t compress too much or deform when I sat on it. The memory foam also never overheats so I’m able to sit for long periods of time without having to get up and air out. This one is perfect for me and is defiantly worth buying. I am very pleased with my purchase.

When i sat on it my privates was hitting the base of the chair and was not wide enough for my legs width. a bigger model 18 inch and 14 inch by 3 or 4 inch in height would be better for men that are 200+ lbs

This pillow is amazing. It relieved a lot of pain and stress on my tailbone after fracturing it. It also helped a lot with my posture.
