I've tried working with this for over a month, tried different modes but i'm done. I bought this to replace my waterpik shower head. This shower head does not pivot down so if you're short like me (5' 4") then you have to stand pretty far back to get to the water. The angle of the head projects everything to the rear of the shower/tub. Using the default shower setting, the spray is so wide that it hits the shower door, splashes directly on the sliding glass doors and the over spray gets all over the floor outside the tub. On the other side of the spray is our soap holder and the constant water flow quickly dissolves the soap. We do not take long showers, we're metered where we live. The default shower setting has no water dispersal in the middle of the spray. You can change this but then you have sputters of water flying all around. Sometimes I want a directed stream to just rinse my back, without getting my hair wet but that's nearly impossible to do this with this shower head. I can remove it and hand hold it but that won't work for my kids since they're too short to reach the nozzle. short of changing the spray to the "hose" mode, it's impossible for my daughter to get the conditioner/shampoo out of her hair, and we've had to go back on many occasions to re wash/rinse her hair. The unit is light weight, has a flexible hose, and no leaks once it was installed. It's just not worth the struggle for us. We need more of a directed, concentrated "shower" spray that isn't hose like. I'm throwing it out and going back to waterpik.

For a shower head that cost me this little I was expecting issues. No, this works way better than my old 130 dollar shower head. I had an easy time installing it. Makes washing out hair dye and cleaning my whole body really easy. Has been great for my special needs brother who needs help washing all the soap off. Really great shower head, I have had no issues and I have had it for like 5 months now.

I've received and installed my new shower head/wand. Works fine, except that it DOES NOT STAY IN THE HOLDER. Apparently, the bottom end of the wand, where the flex hose attaches is either too large, or the older is too small. What can you do about that? Or should I return it. It falls off the holder, and is useless, otherwise, in my opinion. Advise as to what you would like me to do with it.

I really like this shower head did not have the extra stationary head. The single head as this on has makes controlling the shower flow very easy and easy to use. Easy to use to all your body, easy to use for bathing a pet, easy to use for cleaning the shower.

Stopped working after only a couple of months of use.

Works really well and easy to install, you can have low and high water pressure

Found this to be average quality, boosted pressure a bit but nothing excitable

Solved low water pressure problem with multiple settings. Best shower head ever. Will be ordering another one.
