This is a great backpack!! When I bought it in September 2017, there were no reviews of any of the backpacks made by this company. I was taking a bit of a risk buying it - when I saw that they basically sell the same backpack with TONS of different designs on it, I worried they would be junk. Now, as my son's year of first grade draws to a close, the backpack is still in great shape - looks brand new. (His kindergarten backpack that we bought at a department store was held together with duct tape by March of that year.) The straps are comfortable for him to wear, and really support weight in a well-balanced way. The two side pockets are good, the zipper is good, and the design on the backpack gets compliments all the time. Completely satisfied! The photo shows how it fits on a small-for-his-age six-year-old. Update in spring 2019 - he's now carried it to school every day of first grade and second grade, and it still looks new!

The good: We got the cat looking out version and it looks exactly as it looks on Amazon. The size is also what was advertised.The bad: This is our fault but it is too small for our needs and has no seperate area for pencils, erasers etc.. We got it for our third grader but she will not be able to fit everything in it easily. It looks like it will only fit one text book, one notebook, and her lunch sack easily. I can only see it working for a preschooler or an older child that doesn't have to bring home more than one book and notebook. It looks great but I think it will soon become a vacation backpack.

My kiddo loves this and all my friends asked me where I got it from. I am glad I could find a great looking backpack from outside of walmart with such a affordable price( there section is too low here). dont have to worry about a kid getting confused if the backpack belongs to them or my daughter. its such a cute backpack and i feel its gonna last us all year. i recommend this to anyone and everyone

My granddaughter has been using this backpack for seven months and it's still in great shape. She's a first grader who has to ride the bus for about 45 minutes twice daily and tears up almost anything she touches, so I can heartily recommend this cute backpack. I never review a product until it has truly been tested, and this one has. Buy it with confidence, because it's tough.

My son loves this backpack! I do wish it had more pockets as this only has one, but I knew that when I bought it so we weren't surprised when it arrived. The image is awesome and my 4th grader said a lot of kids have commented on how cool it looks. :-) I would buy again for sure! For the price you can't beat having a unique backpack that none of your classmates has!

My daughter was being bullied for her Peppa Pig school bag so we searched Amazon until we found this school bag. She now has the coolest school bag in school! It is also sturdy and we are finishing the school year this week with it in brand new condition so she will use it next year! She is a first grader so I expected wear and tear but so far, none!

The picture on the backpack is the same as the one shown on amazon. It does look 3-D I bought this for my son for next year he starts Kindergarten. He loooves it so it is definitely a win for us! It has one zipper and the arm slings are padded. Seems durable and sturdy. Very quick delivery received the next day! Would definitely recommend!

The bag is cute....and that's about it. It is made with inexpensive materials and my granddaughter can't use it to carry her lunch, books, or papers. It holds her pjs for sleep overs and that's it. Would not recommend the bag for anything other than light use.
