San Francisco author Tim Patten is a former professional roller derby athlete, software engineer and author of six books on male empowerment. His latest book, "Masculinity is our Future" is a groundbreaking message, not one of superiority or authority, rather it is about responsibility, development, and respect for yourself and others. His books in support of "MGTOW, Building Wealth and Power" and "MGTOW Why I Cheat", have become a classic for bachelors, MGTOW, Herbivore men and other men who shun the patriarchal expectations of marriage, cohabitation with women and having children. It’s hard for me to put into words what I experienced while reading this book. Don’t get me wrong: I think it is well-written and I like the author’s style here. But, as a woman, some things are weird and don’t resonate. I don’t think this is an anti-feminist book nor a book who advocates cheating as a way of life, but I was expecting something a bit more light-hearted, maybe even satirical and, in fact, it’s a bit dark and emotional. Almost like a self-help book directed to men who tend to fall in toxic relationships.In a way, although it’s directed to men and the movement MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way – a movement that I was unfamiliar with), I think it would be fairly simple to use the same style and (almost) the same reasoning for women. It’s a celebration of someone’s true self and his ambitions and capacities when not limited by relationships that drag them down. It’s definitely not what I was expecting but I enjoyed it, even when I wanted to scream out loud “Why is MGTOW a real thing???”

Probably the dumbest book I have ever read. Men want to cheat but lose their minds when women cheat back. Ladies if a man cheats on you make sure you cheat on him back. Every thing a man does to me I do right back to him.

I would recommend this book to men who wish to learn more about about MGTOW or red pill philosophy 5 out of 5

Men Liberation Movement was first noticed in Japan in 2006, I didn’t know this until I read this novel. It’s about Men Going Their Own Way -MGTOW, World Wide and no longer being ashamed to do so or speaking out. Aimed to Empower young men who loves women by helping them understand how natural passion can lead them into emotional and financial abyss. Each story is this book has interesting tales of true misunderstanding, situation and circumstances these guys go through with their love ones. I found some interest pointers by reading this, Love is giving someone the power to break your heart and trusting him or her to break it. I found that interesting because my own view on love is very particular, I as a woman came up with, “love is an emotion that human came up with to feel better about their emotional attachment to their spouse regardless if they are good or bad and there, need and wants!This book tells of the Entrapment men face in these relationships where they are having a hard time speaking their point of view without being judged, yelled at, misunderstood and put down. It talks about the Freedom they feel once they let go of all these hang-up that holds them back with the person they are married to or dating or to for go relationship at all and just date and have freedom to chose rather they want to be married again or not! After each story a Fact Guide for Men appears…some of them I agree with and some I don’t but for each its not for me to judge because I am not in a relationship with them those that are should understand a few things before things get too serious, that will save on the heartache later.….I believe and open communications between both people in a relationship is what a marriage should be…letting everyone into your marriage or society standards should be something discussed before the marriage takes place. If a wife expects her husband to be the main provider…he should know this before hand before he asked her, therefore she will probably not give him any unusual demands. He should know her sex habits before and after marriage and what is to be expected after they are marriage and children enter the picture. Will that help on cheating, probably not…but understanding it will help.This book is insightful for all to read and take notes and understand where the author is coming from. I recommend it.
