Damaged product
When I received my banner, it was ruined. There were burn marks on it. Even the plastic on the outside was melted. I didn’t have time to return it before my nephews baby shower, so I colored over it with a similar colored marker. Multiple people still noticed of course.

got the banner and unraveled it to hang it up, and found that it says "oh deer he's almost HERO" ... not "oh deer he's almost here". HIGHLY disappointed as this is for my first child.
