Have been buying these for a few years now. My husband and I both take them 3 times a day.

Good product, less dosage than regular type and save money at the same time
I just read one of the reviews and the lady said she's been using them for a few years. Then she said her husband and her take 3 per day. The directions for dosage says 1 per day. That is the reason I've been taking them rather then their normal fish oil brand; it said to take two daily. I did the math and found it was cheaper to buy the Alaskan fish oil. Why would one defeat the purpose of taking one less pill, plus saving money at the same time? Please advise.

This is the best fish oil supplement!
These are originally sold at Costco. They have 1,400 mg of good fish stuff! It not only has Omega 3, but it supplies Omega 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11! Warning: they are huge Softgels, and I have gagged a few times! No hot liquid, they melt quickly, and get sticky in throat! Swallow only one at a time. Otherwise, good stuff, Maynard!
