Great simple machine that really gives a tough workout. You won't believe it!
I was leary of buying this because I just didn't believe it would help me in my workouts. Wow, was I wrong! This is w very simple machine, but it allows for a great workout! I am glad I got this one that had the bands. It adds even more if w workout! I think it is good for my stability too. Great!

Tight
It’s very tight! I used to do 2000 on my old one and can pump out about 100 on this one. Wish it had a tension knob

Good product
Very sturdy product, kind of hard to use but I guess is just a matter of getting use to it. I been doing yoga so it's a big change for me.

You do get a workout ...
This machine will give you a workout, the only thing is , you have to keep adjusting the tightening knob, keeps getting loose. Also, I've had it for 2 weeks and seems like oil/vaseline like stuff is leaking from underneath. Returning it

Buyer beware- Do not buy this product...
Updated Review 16-Feb-2020Heard a loud snap, and discovered that a welded pieces on the bottom of the machine broke while I was using it. I am only 145 lbs, so was not expecting this to happen. I use it while watching TV.Pros: It is small enough to fit in a utility closet, it has enough resistance to work up a sweatCons: loud squeaky noises, the counter doesn't work ( i have an Apple Watch so this doesn't bother me), tension has to be adjusted often to retain enough resistance.

Squeals and smells
No assembly needed. Bought it to use with standing desk but doesn’t work for that purpose - too high to look at computer screen. Squeaks a lot and smells like rubber.
