Black Straight Razor Double Strop Paste Stone Shaving Set 6 Pcs

I purchased this set for my boyfriend, and it was a huge hit. Everything seems to be of good quality, and the blade is sharp and ready to go fresh out of the box. My only complaint would be that it didn't come with any directions as far as sharpening or stropping the blade- both things that are vital to a good straight-razor shave. Overall, I would recommend this product.

The belt broke while I was sharpening the blade, just didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping and waiting on it to come back.

The razor included in this kit is not shave ready nor will it properly hone. I took it to a local barber to hone and after 3 hours of attempts (both by hand and with specialty machine) it still would not hone. Save the money and buy a better razor.

bought as a back-up kit to take camping or fishing, seems ideal for that and I can leave my expensive gear home

I was so excited to use this razor. I also bought a disposable. Ive been using the disposable for a year now and have yet to use this one. Reason being is that it wasn't sharp enough. I tried honing and still can't shave. $100 for a shaver that doesn't shave. 1 star for the strop... And that's being generous. The soap didn't come with a dish, I've tried honing it for 5 hrs and no luck, the razor looks cheap and is flimsy, and the honing stone is tiny/ stinks. Save your money and buy one of better quality. Don't be deceived like me
