Good idea, but not quite to level of thumping I had hoped.
Yes it vibrates, no does feel even remotely closely to being a concert. Do urself a favor and just by a decent sub woofer to simulate the feel.

Feel the sound, and you will never want to go back!
I was pretty skeptic about this device capabilities, but also really curious. The first time was interesting but not amazing. I have contacted the (very good) product support and they introduced me to the tips&tricks page on the Woojer website which was helpful. After playing with the bass levels and finding the right spot, it got way, way better. After listening to a few tracks and then watching a movie with it I must warn you- there is no way back! You would never want to experience sound without it ever again. Also playing games with it is a whole new experience. The only thing I regret is not buying the extreme kit which comes with two Woojers you can use at once. I guess I will need to order another one.Defiantly my favorite product of the year!

Amazing!!! Just have to play with it.
Woojer is a really good product if you know how to use it.At first I was kind of disappointed when I tried it. I thought it was going to be a greater experience but I did not wanted to just give up my money. So I went to their web site and saw the different ways that I could use it to improve its experience. Than I also looked for a good equalizer for my phone that would boost the bass without distorting it. Since then I been playing with the bass and the points in my body where I have the best experience with Woojer. My recomendation is just to play with it and try to optimize it to your taste. Woojer is worth of its money but you just have to play with it a little.Five stars!!!

It's Okay
Short summary: these are like Beats headphones - great packaging and presentation, but actual functioning is "eh." I've decided to return them.My setup: Cowon J3 and Sony XB500 (I love my bass).Pros:-Battery life is as advertised, I've been getting just under four hours per charge.-Construction feels solid.-Magnetic clips work great, although when placed on the chest the Woojer will be heavy enough to pull on some shirts and thus moving out of place.-Instruction manual provided a useful tip: if you listen to music at a low volume, set the Woojer to maximum vibration.Cons:-Even on maximum, you basically need to strap these suckers in place with tape. I'm not kidding. Go buy some athletic tape at a sporting goods store and tape them to your body. If your clothing is even remotely loose, you won't feel a thing. And unfortunately, it's the Con that counts the most. I purchased the "Extreme" kit that came with two of these and to be honest, you're just not going to feel much if you wear them with regular clothing and/or happen to be mobile.I did a little research to find out if my experience was abnormal (I was hoping perhaps I'd just received a defective batch,) and I found a great review on the Kickstarter page where a user admitted to setting their pmp's volume to 27/50 (while wearing headphones.) With headphones, I usually have my volume set to 6/40 or 7/40! I find anything more to be uncomfortable and distracting from the music itself. So, if you're like me and either value your hearing or like to be aware of your surroundings it might be better to wait for Woojer 2.0.My tips:-Stand still (unless your Woojer is taped to your body.) Seriously, movement will degrade the sensation.-If you can, hold your Woojer(s) in place with your hands. You'll notice the people in the demo video doing this a lot. The motor/sensory strip of the human cortex has most of its area devoted to perceiving sensation from the hands (and very little devoted to the trunk.) You might look ridiculous, but at least you'll be feeling the vibes!-If you don't mind losing your hearing early, turn the volume up ridiculously high like those little douches who walk around with their buds blasting so complete strangers can hear the music from ten feet away. Some recommended songs to try:"To Victory (remix)" - Tyler Bates"Black and Yellow" - Wiz Khalifa"Bullet Train" - Stephen Swartz"Straight Out the Gate" - Tech N9ne"Into Darkness" - Thomas BergersenI haven't tried these yet with a game or movie, but I'll update the review after I do.UPDATE: I used both Woojers while playing a sequence from Crysis 3 and Medal of Honor. The sensation was improved (presumably because I was sitting and not moving,) but not by a substantial amount. Unless I was specifically focusing on the sensations, they were almost entirely unnoticeable - and that's on the maximum setting. During the cinematics I would hold the Woojers in place and that experience was awesome, but the moment I removed my hands the perception of the vibrations tanked.Lastly, beware of company employees leaving great reviews when it's the only review they've ever left on Amazon. Just sayin'.

Really feel the sound.
As as avid music listener the Woojer has really transformed my listening experience. The sound truly surrounds you. If you are really serious about feeling the sound not just hearing it then this is the best option.
