I love this blind.We purchased three units around a few years ago. They still work great but recently we needed replacement brackets and it is impossible to contact the vendor or get any info for getting the brackets. Some one here said we can buy them at HD or Lowes but they said they do not sell the brackets for these blinds.

Easy install and very good light blocker. Only downside is they are difficult to keep bottom of shade level even though top is.

I used to work for a company that custom cut blinds based on customer dimensions, so I guess this only really applies if your windows just happen to be a particular size, but my windows are all either 35.5" or 39.5" so finding prefab window shades is easy for me I guess. Either way, this item matched the description to the letter. I have very active cats and even they can't destroy it. The fit is perfect, the installation was probably the easiest the installation on a window covering I've ever done. I was even able to re-use the old screw holes from the previous mounting brackets.

Blue is beautiful works well keeps out the light

I used the blinds to replace some older miniblinds that didn't even close all the way, so were basically useless for privacy. These let all the light in, but no one can see through them. I had zero problems with them not going up or down like some reported. They came right down to where I pulled them, and raised right back up all the way.
