Are these cheap crap? Yep, but you get what you pay for. I have bought these several times and will probably do so again. I have two teenaged sons and they go through headphones like they eat them. I've bought nicer headphones in the past thinking they'd last longer, but they always get broken, lost, stolen, etc. I would just stop buying them, but I have a problem with migraines, so sometimes I just really need them to use headphones. This way, I ALWAYS have a pair to toss to them and they cost about $1/pair. Totally worth it and I don't get mad when they end up broken or missing (which they inevitably will). So I'll keep a store of these in a drawer in my room like always. Thank you for stopping the madness :)

I ordered this specifically for my 8 & 6 year old daughter to wear, based on the description saying they were good for kids. These immediately fall out of both of their ears, not even a chance of them being able to use them for more than 3 minutes at a time. Will toss them in a drawer for when they’re older I guess. Not much other use for them.

I have only tested two of them. Both of them work.I use them for conversation only so I can't rate them for music. (Sound quality or noise cancellation.)I am tough on ear buds so these are great for me. I can simply toss them and the wire goes bad.My guess is that these will last as long as the ten dollar ones do.One important thing is that if you have small ear holes these will fit much better than most other ear buds.

I ordered these and just assumed that the regular assortment of tips would be provided, my mistake. I have four to seven year olds and the rubber tip just doesn't fit their ears too well. Otherwise this is a good product for the price.

I was really excited to get these because my kids are forever fighting over headphones or losing them. Now they could each have their own! Unfortunately, they are incredibly cheaply made. After only a day or two of use, they have stopped working. Good thing it's a 10-pack, we have a spare. Until that stopped working too. What a waste.

Emergency use only. Throw them in your back-pack, and save them for when you lose the real thing. The sound quality is barely adequate for voice. Forget listening to music. At least the silicone pieces are retrievable. The price is right, but don't feel guilty about using them for tying up garden plants. They break easily.

These aren't Etymotic MK5's, but they aren't bad. Great value. Wife is totally happy with them for listening to podcasts, especially for the price. You can step on 3 pairs and still come out ahead.
