Does what it should but the manual crank is a bit tiresome. I like it.

Was nice to spiral my zucchini but I did get a little tired of twisting.

What a great way to change it up! I’ve been trying to keep my New Year’s resolution to eat healthy, and this awesome product is helping me out. I have been able to create delicious veggie stir fry, vegie/squash “spaghetti” and appetizing salads. It is so easy to use. If you know how to use a pencil sharpener, then you already know how to use this product. Stick the veggie through the opening, twist, and watch the magic happen! I also really liked the ceramic peeler. It’s very sharp and glides easily. I was very appreciative of the little cleaning brush included. It’s really easy to clean and store for the next meal. I have recommended this product to all my girlfriends who are trying to stay healthy and motivated. Thanks VORTEX!!!!

I was surprised how easy this was to use as I've never used something like this before. You just put the vegetable in either end and spin, then out comes strands perfect for stir fry or to put on a salad. Mainly I wanted to replace pasta with vegetables and this perfect for it.There was a little bit of vegetable trapped in the middle after using for a little while, then I looked in the box and was pleased that they included a poker exactly for that purpose. Also comes with another vegetable shaver which I don't know what it's for but I'm excited to find out. Also comes with a very nice velvet storage bag. You get a lot for the price. Quality product and a great value!
