Burnt up after 2 years of occassional usage
Bought this PSU for a PC with the maximum wattage load of 550W (saving power for another video card I was thinking of buying later on). Two years in use it burnt up while I was browsing the Internet (loud bang followed by a burning smell; after disconnecting it from the PC and trying to connect it to a different socket it produced another snapping sound and sparks, the electric security switch went off; apparently, some capacitors have gone to heaven). I didn't notice any issues sound or temperature-wise while using it but the fact that it is positioned as a premium PSU and it costs way more than an ordinary PSU and in the end it died after 2 years of common usage (3 hours in the week and 5-8 on the weekend max) at 30-40% of its alleged maximum power load makes me give this product a very low rating. If I wanted a PSU for 2 years, I could have bought something much cheaper.
