The 3600 has more cores and threads yes but you will have to spend money on a GPU. For extreme budget builds that can still perform well, the 3400g is better. Upgrade to a more high end cooler, for air coolers i suggest with the Noctua D15 chromax or Be Quiet! Dark rock pro 4, for AIO the Artic liquid Freezer 2 (I use this and it beat temps at max load of a more expensive Nzxt Kracken Z63 I had which i ended up returning) the Arctic liquid Freezer 2 imo is the best AIO in terms of temps, also has a VRM cooling fan, its super quiet no RGB but with such low temps at max load who cares **Q: Would this work with the go omen 30l customer motherboard?** A: Unable to answer as the Omen 30L is an HP Desktop PC series name. The cpu features 4 cores and 4 threads. Under normal desktop operation the cpu performed very well. It will run older games at 1080p with low settings. Capable of running fortnite decent at 720p also. Most recent titles I have tried run at 720p low settings and are very playable. This processor is ideal for anyone on a low budget and just starting a gaming pc. It has enough power to be paired with a dedicated graphics card once your budget allows.
