Sumic GT-A All-Season Radial Tire - 205/60R16 92H

Bought this for a 2014 Prius V, it was my dad's taxi in NYC. So you know the kind of punishment he put these through. He didn't want to spend $400+ like he did last time he bought good years which he had to replace after 8 months, so I bought his these for $210 in total. After 7 months, the front 2 tires are almost done, but the back 2 had plenty of meat in them.I told him to rotate tires, which would put another probably 5-6 months. So, for a regular person I assume these tires would easily go 3-4 years. One issue he did constantly have was nails kept getting in the tires, and he had to patch at least once a month. Then again, driving in NYC, That is expected what tire you use.Also the person down said his tire exploded like that. My dad's rim also exploded after hitting a pot hole when he had a "good" michelin tire. So... I don't think it might be this tire in particular, just bad roads.

I put these tires on a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer and was really surprised . Each tire took about 1/2 ounce to balance . The original Yokohama took 1 to 2 ounces to balance but they were excellent tires also . I think the Sumic tires are made in India and I was sure I screwed myself . The Sumic tires are all around excellent tire . Quiet and smooth with an aggressive tread pattern . That combination is very rare . Purchase and shipping was trouble free .

I put these on a 2012 Subaru legacy premium. First off the tread pattern is super aggressive for a tire that inexpensive and I was impressed that they balanced with 5 oz per tire (my previous faulken all seasons were 3x that much). After driving about 2000k so far, I lost about a mile per gallon but they grip very well in wet/dry conditions and the one minor snow storm we had, they did well just as I though they would. They have about what I would expect for grip on ice which is little. I’d say for the money these are an 8/10, and overall probably a 7.5/10 for all tires in general, thus far.

The tire's arrived on time and the ride is quiet, since the installation on the car. I've purchased two of these tire's to go on my 2001 Honda Accord V6 and it has been almost a month now and I'm happy with it. I can't complain because it does the job like it should. Definitely would recommend them to anybody who has a doubt about this brand.

Tires look great when I received them, using them for my Honda Accord. According to the DOT number they were only a few months old, so I can count on the rubber lasting longer before they dry rot. I'm getting them installed tomorrow, will update with how they ride.Update july- 2019: Been using these for almost 2 years. Rubber still looks new and they ride great. Have about 25k miles on them and happy with them so far. I drive high speeds on the highway, this isn't city driving/ Much improved handling in rain.

So far,so good, bought these for my kia Soul to have some cheap highway tires that help reduce noise. I took noise readings before and after while following the same route home and they seem to have cut down road noise by 5dB on average, pretty significant since I drive a good bit everyday. A week in and I've also driven through a decent amount of rain at speed with no issues. So far, a pretty solid purchase.

I bought this tire Feb 20 2019And it blew April 13,2019The return window ended March 23,2019..No external factor just blew- a pin sized hole in the tread.Coincidence? I'm not so sure.

I bought 2 of these they are great. But when i went to have them installed I found that most of the shops around Pittsburgh have the same tire the same price. still happy with the tires just thought they would have been cheaper on amazon so i never checked around. lessons learned ..
