Hawkeye by Norcross D10DX Digital Depth Sounder with Air/Water Temperature - Transom Mount Transducer

I have one in each of my 2 boats. The first one lasted 2 years, the second didn't quite make 2 years. One doesn't read depth anymore, the other doesn't do water temp. Contacted service, and the sender is almost worth the price of a new unit. Between the 2 boats, I have one good (very good actually for the price) working unit.

I was led to believe that this product could be mounted inside the hull. It can't unless i get a different sensor. The description is misleading. It states that it can be installed either way.

works great on my 25 ft outboard. I cruise really shallow water, the Hawkeye works great to about 2.8 ft ; has a really loud alarm.

Arrived as described. Have not had an opportunity to replace the old one yet.
