Bright red!!
Best tandoori powder we've tried. Chicken and pork simply rolled in this and baked at 425 come out looking spectacular. Fairly mild spices, great even when eaten cold.

Awesome marinade
Really flavorful masala seasoning. Mix a table spoon with a small tub of plain Greek yogurt, toss in 2lbs of diced chicken, mix up, leave for a couple of hours, the longer the better, thread onto kabob sticks and grill for the tastiest tandoori chicken.

Great Taste!
Sure the price offered is not the best, but the product is outstanding and if more people knew about it and ordered, perhaps the price would go down-- but that will not happen if the bad rating keeps it at the back of search lists. I coat boneless, skinless chicken thighs with this stuff, grill them up, serve over basmati rice with some raita on the side and everybody raves-- including folks not familiar with Indian / Pakistani cuisine. I recommend Swad Tandoori Masala.

Buyer beware
This product contains RED #40. I did not even think to look at the label. Now, no refund because the return policy for food items has changed. This is what I get for craving butter chicken and buying the first item offered to me on the search.

Too much red coloring.
There was too much red color which is not necessary in the spice mix, and over all I added my own spices to get the flavor right.
