Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron: Friends and Foes: Level 2 (Passport to Reading Level 2) Paperback – April 7, 2015

My grandson has really enjoyed this book. He is fascinated at his young age with the Avengers. This book is clearly written as well.

This was a great stocking stuffer for an elementary school student. Helps kids be interested in reading while also having fun. I would buy again.

Very good. Kids enjoyed it. Except it was backwards

This is extremely similar to the book "Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron: Hulk to the Rescue." And by similar, I mean almost identical with at least two pages of recycled artwork from the other book. Having purchased both, I was really let down.On it's own, though, this is a fine book. There are keywords at the beginning (e.g., robot, hammer) that pre-readers can practice looking for. The artwork is fine and Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are introduced (as bad guys, the book doesn't cover their transition to good guys). I didn't think there was much violence.If you are buying this alone, I would give it 4 stars. Having bought both books, I would only give 2 stars because they are so, so similar. I ended up at 3 stars as an average. I hope this review helps you.

The avengers books we have share some identical graphics and nearly identical page wording, as well as a couple pages that the wordings doesn't even fit well with the picture. But my kids like them.

Not worth for money

Bought a whole load of these books for my son who loves reading but gets bored with the books his school provide. He really enjoys reading about his favourite superheroes in stories aimed at his age group. Highly recommended.

So thin it was like a brochure rather than book. Didn't make for the best gift to my nephew.
