DOESN'T CHARGE PHONE 4 LONGER THAN 1 MIN AT A TIME
BIGGEST POS I'VE BOUGHT. DOESN'T CHARGE YOUR PHONE LONGER THAN 1 MIN AT A TIME. EXTREMELY UPSET BC I BOUGHT THIS FOR AN UPCOMING TRIP TO ARIZONA AND GRAND CANYON ETC.HOLDS A FULL CHARGE IN THE CASE NO PROB BUT WILL NOT STAY ON TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE AT ALL.STAY CLEAR OF THIS CASE. LITERALLY ONLY USE FOR IT IS AS A NORMAL CASE OR A PAPERWEIGHT.I COULD HAVE GOT A DEFECTIVE ONE BUT IF THAT'S THE CASE THEN THEY NEED TO DO BETTER QUALITY ASSURANCE.WOULD LIKE A REFUND / OR A NEW ONE SENT TO ME THAT WORKS AND I'LL GIVE IT A FAIR REVIEW.AS OF RIGHT NOW - THIS PHONE CASE IS A WASTE. Your phone will never die again!
I travel a lot for work and I needed something to keep my phone charged all day. I charged it for a whole day and let my phone run down to 1% before I turned it on and let it charge my phone. It took about 2hours to get from 1% to 100%. I did use my phone while it was charging in the case. I think it automatically shuts off, I'm not quite sure. On the second day, I let the phone run down to 1% again and I was surprised to see that it still had enough charge in it to get it up to 100% again. It actually charges faster than my car phone charger. I would sit in traffic and my phone will only charge up to about 25% after 45 minutes. I like this because I can be mobile and not tied to a wall charging. Its super easy to put the phone in and out of the case. I have a kid that constantly plays with my phone and has even dropped it a few times. This was pretty durable. The screen is exposed so you can't avoid scratching it. You would still need a screen protector. It also weighs a bit more and its bulky. But I love how quickly it charges and its long battery life.

Great battery life and much less bulky than expected
First off, this thing is great! I have been using a portable battery bank while at work, as I have to use my phone quite a bit for emails, business, etc. I am still using an older phone with a poor battery life. My portable battery bank was always in my pocket with a charging cord going to my phone when needed, a bit cumbersome if you ever use one of them. It quit working after about a month, very disappointed in that. I heard from a coworker about these battery cases and thought I would give it a try.I was afraid the case would be really bulky as I hadn’t seen one in person prior to purchase. But actually, this case has a pretty low profile and only about 1/8” thicker than my previous case, which was very slim. The only noticeable difference is the weight, which does wear on my wrist if I hold it for long periods. However, all that is to be expected when it has a battery bank in it.As for charging capacity, I have never ran it down no matter how many charges I do within the day. The case still shows four lights and will charge the phone back up with the push of a button.I plan on upgrading my phone within the next year and you can bet I’ll be getting another one of these battery case for it as well.

Good overall
Recently, my iPhone 6S would die after regular use. Before purchasing this case, I thought I was doomed to having my phone die by noon everyday. What a lifesaver this case is! I use it every single day and turn the case to "on" about 3 times a day to recharge my phone.The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the charger port is very weak and does not lock in with the charging cable so plugging it into the wall or into my car is a hassle as the chord just falls right out. It wasn't always like this, but after about 1 month of having it, this issue began. I also was expecting this case to be a little thinner, it's not super bulky but it is bulky enough where you lose the sleekness and slimness aesthetic of the phone. With the charging case, I have a hard time fitting my phone into pocket books, wallets, or bags, that have pockets just for phones because the bags are made with the assumption that your iPhone is thin.Outside of these two things, I wouldn't be able to use my phone for more than an hour straight without this charger case. This case is what's holding me over while waiting for the new iPhone to come out (hopefully better battery). Definitely get this case if you're struggling with battery! I would recommend using it for a short time period before getting a new phone.

Great.... 10% of the time.
This thing works about 10% of the time. You press the button once it starts to charge for maybe 20-30 seconds maybe five minutes... then you check it and you find that it is no longer charging. When this thing does work it charges very quickly, and it fits phone very well so it’s too bad that it doesn’t work because it has the potential. Similar to other reviews this thing just doesn’t work reliably which totally defeats the purpose and makes this an absolute zero in terms of whether I would recommend it to anyone. Headphone jack does not fit into the tiny little hole
I so wanted this product to work for me. I even checked the questions and saw that it did support a headphone jack. But when I received it I was stunned by the tiny hole for the headphone jack. As the photo shows on the right - the hole is 5mm diameter. The rubber part of a typical 3.5mm headphone jack is actually 8.5mm in diameter. Thus, the headphone jack will not go all the way in. It's twice the pity because there is plenty of space to have made a larger hole as shown on the left from my current Otter Box.I will need to return this. Too bad.

Did not make it to one year
I bought this phone case charger Nov,28,2019. Its not October 26,2020. For the last few weeks I have been having to plug and unplug until it started charging due to connection. Now the charging plug slips in very loosely and Im lucky if I can get it to charge. The other day I was trying to clean the inside part where it charges with a q-tip. A piece of metal came out that looked like a staple. I do like phone case chargers but I doubt I will buy this one again. My last case ( not this brand) lasted me for 2yrs. I wouldn't say the case sucks but from my experience, I wold say dont count on it lst a full year.
