Excellent product!
It took a bit for this first time installer to figure out, but once I had my lift wires properly tightened, I was finally able to get this to work and my door functioning properly again! Make sure to buy some garage spring tensioner rods. Take your time, walk away if frustrated. Better to come back later with a full set of teeth than to get frustrated and make a high-energy mistake!

Great option
I heard a lot of folks say that replacing the spring was very difficult and unsafe. This spring came with everything needed to replace the old broken one. My friend and I had it done in under an hour. We'll see how long it lasts.

Worked perfectly.
This product was a perfect match to my existing equipment. I followed YouTube videos to know how to measure the existing spring and determine the correct part to order. The YouTube video also showed how to install the spring correctly. There are several videos and they all show the same method. I also ordered the steel bars to wind the spring and replacement bushing/bearings.

It arrived as expected
This is about the 2nd time i've changed the torsion spring on my garage over the past 18 years. Previously I've purchased the spring from other vendors online. Let's see how long this one lasts.All these torsion springs look the same. Nothing really outstanding here. It arrived when it was supposed to. It fits. All the parts where there.

Great Replacement...
Great replacement torsion spring. My OEM spring that came with my door just randomly broke a few months ago. Did some research to find out what sizing I would need and what not. Figured it all out and order this spring. It fit perfectly, wound well, and was identical in every way perceivable to the original.

I'm not an expert, but the spring seemed to be as well constructed as the OEM part.
Besides the red marking to properly indicate that it was to be used on the left side of the door, it also had large markings to indicate its proper length and wire diameter (though not the inside diameter, surprisingly.) Also painted on was a long stripe to help keep track of number of turns.I think it was a good buy.
