Bought in August 2019 and put it up over a trailer in my yard, went to take it down and was shocked to discover it had a tear in it. I discovered the tear as i was folding it up to store, I went to wipe the cover and it tore again. I was using a soft cloth to clean it up and it tore some more. I have had several pop ups and this by far is the least durable cover.I hope there is some warranty on this as it is only a few months old
