Gave it two stars because I can use the handles with the next set of bands I buy - which won't be this brand.Update: Company responded to my review offering replacements, but I'd already ordered something else so I didn't follow through. They contacted me by email to let me know they had sent a replacement by USPS. It took awhile to be delivered. They emailed me every couple of days checking on the delivery. The day it arrived, they had already emailed me saying they were *overnighting* a *second* replacement. I offered to refuse delivery on the second replacement, but they graciously told me to keep them both with their compliments.Everybody makes a lemon now and then, but the way they handle it carries more weight with me than had the product been right to begin with. At no point did I initiate a complaint with them - they saw a problem, and they picked it up and ran with it, followed through diligently, and were in every way delightful to work with.Oh, and by the way, the replacements are just as sturdy as the Therabands I ordered to replace them. There's nothing wrong with the Therabands, but the Super Exercise bands are 2 feet longer - 7 feet instead of 5 - and that opens up a whole range of additional possibilities for them. Now I have enough to keep a set everywhere I spend time, one at home, one on the RV, and one to pack while traveling. One very happy customer.

I bought one of these bands about two years ago and they are a good long length which I like. I can use it for more different varieties of exercise because of the long length. Also, the band from two years ago is completely intact despite frequent use. With this order, I added three bands of different tension to go with the yellow one I already have.

I already had a single red band, purchased some time ago at a drugstore. I needed the next strength up, green, so checked Amazon. This was a great bargain...three bands plus the extras. I need a band which can be shortened, which is harder with the tube type, and I need two free ends. I practice zen archery, and need to strengthen my upper back muscles. I tie both ends of the band to a hammer handle, mimicking a bow and its string, easily adjusting to the length I need. (Hammer handles are cheap, and they're formed to fit the hand.) I can then hold the handle vertical, as I do my bow, and pull back slowly with my other hand. Good for my back, good for my posture. I'm interested to check out their video to see what else I can do with my little elastic friends and their accessories!

I received this item at a discounted price. I laid it out on the table and couldn't believe how much comes with the kit, 3 bands that increase in resistance. There are also handles that can be attached on each end to be used as you are sitting on the floor and work on your back, there is a jump rope that is also in this kit. I purchased this for my Father-in-law and he is very happy with it, he has said it's amazing what type of workout you can get elastic bands. He says this must have and it's so easy use and great while you are watching tv.

These bands seems very good, no damage or problems even with continued use. The door anchor works well, doesn't leave any marks, and is easy to move/adjust. Over all, a solid product.

Happy with my purchase. The bands are made of a quality material, don't roll up like many others do, and resistance is just right. I also like the pouch, comes in handy to keep the bands clean and neatly stashed away. The price is a little higher than other bands I've seen, but I think completely worth it..very versatile product that may replace a bunch of other equipment. I actually bought these because I could not find a loop band wide enough (majority are 2-4 inches wide, I needed something wider), and the description said I could tie these if I need a loop (this method didn't work with my other bands, they knots got all sticky, and difficult to untie back - frustrating), it worked fine. Made a knot and untied it with no problem or damage. I haven't used the handles yet, but certainly like the idea. I'll be using these a lot.

I travel alot for my job and this little kit is the first thing that goes into the suitcase. I bought a set of those cheap loop bands but I really prefer flat bands because I can do so many more exercises with these. The bands are extra long 7 foot, no powder, smell or nasty residue, very high quality. I use the jump rope as a door anchor....it works great. I can adjust it to any length I need for pull downs. I use the handles too, as sometime my arthritis flares up in my handles and it is hard to grip the bands.

Fantastic Seller with excellent customer service. This is a great array of items to exercise anywhere with. All of the bands are sturdy - no popped rubber bands here. I can get a good upper and lower body workout with just what's here - no gym required! And, that's good. Because I don't want to go to a gym. This is a fantastic, versatile set for home that travels well, too, thanks to the cute and handy carrying case that's included. This is a go-to set.

After a Theraband snapped in two within days, I ordered this. Prompt delivery. The product is of superior quality and am thrilled with it. Good buy!
