Good but not great
The watch works well but doesn't always pick up the steps when working out. The sleep feature seems to be right on and the band works but does wear out. I would recommend this watch but buy a back up band.

Some after-market products are just not quite right but this band fits perfectly and was easy to install.

I had a problem putting the band on the watch, it is very hard material and makes difficult to put on end of my wrist.

Buyer beware
The product really didn't fit at all the Fitbit that I had. I felt that it was a great deal of energy to get it to me, and then only to find it out that it didn't even properly match the other one that I had (originally from Fitbit). When I went through the return process I suddenly needed to ship it to the US to return the product? Sure it was prepaid but kind of ridiculous considering I bought it here in Canada.I would have put a zero rating, but we aren't allowed.

The wrong item was shipped
The wrong item was shipped. There appears to be a problem with the website: you pick the Ionic bracelet, and place it in your shopping cart, but when you go to the shopping cart, the website switches the product to a Versa bracelet. I return the product and got my money back.The Ionic bracelet may be a great item but I will never know.

Comme mentionné il y a 1 mois avec mon bracelet rouge tout déteint sur celui-ci également. On devait remplacé et aucune nouvelle reçu

Wrong product and bad service
Product description does not match. This bracelet is not compatible with the FitBit Ionic. Wrong description. I returned the product for a refund, but the company never refunded me. Very bad service. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Does not fit!!
Even though it states that it is Fitbit Ionix compatible, it does not fit.
