Because this item was provided by a 3rd party on Amazon, I had to deal with them to resolve/replace my DVR. I received a shipping label quickly enough, but that's where all communication stopped. After repeated attempts to email and call (over a 2-3 month period) I have now had to escalate my refund request (when all I wanted was just a working DVR) with Amazon. Both myself and Amazon verified my return to BEST DEALS 2 SHIP arrived over a month ago. This is very frustrating to say the least.
