Perfect fit on 2013 F150
Easy install (less than 10 minutes). Power mirror works just fine. See YouTube for install videos. 3 bolts to remove door liner (don't have to take all the way off) and done.

The mirror shakes
This is a very suitable replacement. It saved me over $400. The only reason I wouldn't say it's 100% is due to the fact that the mirror actually shakes in it's housing. Although it gives you the illusion that it's going to fall out, it's securely fastened to the vehicle.
