It's a pretty decent seat
It's a pretty decent seat, aside from the really crappy warranty and bad customer service. The seat does the job great and look good in the cherokee.

Bad material.
The seat is comfortable, but no more than 9 months after installation, the side bolster of the bucket is ripping out at the seam. The material is nowhere near as durable as they portray it to be. The seat also doesn't breathe as much as I had hoped. It's really hot a sweaty...

Exceeded my expectations.
It feels firmer than OEM. More like a European car, which I actually prefer. Installation was simple; instructions were OK.

Did Not Fit My 91 Jeep Cherokee
The first set that I bought had black gooey dots all over it (probably glue from when it was made), so I had to get those replaced. When I received the replacements I could not find any way to make this kit fit my bracket. My Cherokee has a curved bracket. The instructions claim to have a section for my year range, but it was not they did not have the correct bracket in the instructions.

this seat was not easy to install
this seat was not easy to install. the instructions were terrible, also once installed it is very very uncomfortable. the "wings" on the side of the back are too narrow for anyone with a back that is over 36 inches wide, plus there is zero lumbar support. hard as nails with no spring whatsoever. Not good for jeeps.
