Its really good!
Let me start off by saying the the scabbard looks really cool! I love it! Best part is, its so cheap!! Anyway, onto the sword. I used the master sword for a YouTube video I was in. In person, the sword looks pretty cool, but you can clearly tell that its not metal (Obviously) but in video it looks super cool! It looked like an actual sword! It is really fun to just run around and play with (I suggest that you get the shoulder strap that you put the scabbard into and just use masking tape to make the scabbard stay inside the strap). So the durability is pretty good. I say this because my friend and I were battling against each other for the YouTube video and were attacking pretty hard with our swords. Needless to say about a day later you could see that the handle was coming out of the sword. But other than that it is fine. So it really comes down to this:Pros:-GREAT Scabbard!! Its really cool and accurate!-Sword looks cool on video! If you're making a video and you are Link, I'd say get it!Neutral:-Getting the sword into the scabbard can be a real pain sometimes because the paint from the sword sometimes sticks to the inside of the scabbardCons:-If you are fighting someone with this, it will most likely begin to break. Like I said, my handle was starting to rip off because I was hitting a little too hard with it-Looks kinda cheap and wooden from close up, but from far away it looks goodSo overall its a really good replica of the Master Sword if you don't want to kill someone with it. But if you are looking for a wall decoration, I suggest that you get the actual metal Master Sword because it will look a lot nicer than the wooden one. BUT if you are using it to be the hero of time, winds, twilight; then by all means buy it! Its fun to swing around and battle with! Great sword, I suggest that you buy it!

What I Basically Expected For Price
I looked at the other reviews for this sword and so I knew what I was looking forward to. One of the advantages was it came super early which was good (I live in the U.S.) There's a couple things about the sword that I dont like. For example, the holster for the sword looks a little rough and the spray paint for the design could have been a little better. Its completely wooden which is good for me when making a decision to buy a blade for this convention that I'm going to (Don't want everyone keeping an eye on me with a metal sword). The blade has little chips here and there and the symbols that are on the sword aren't perfectly aligned and are a little bit crooked. The blade of the sword also has a couple little spots of blue from the painting of the handle but it's barely noticeable from far away. The handle is a little darker than what is portrayed in the picture but it's not that big of a deal. Overall, for the price that it was, I was quite satisfied and I am not complaining. If you're looking for something affordable that is for a good price and you don't want to risk hurting someone with a steel blade, I would prefer that you get this! A side note, I'm scared of playing with this sword due to the fact that I don't want the blade to crack or break from impact on something so I advise that you be careful and try not to hit anything.

It's alright...ish
For the price, the sword isn't bad quality, but it's not the coolest thing ever. It'd be good for kids who are into the game, but if you're an adult trying to put together a nice costume, I'd recommend throwing down a bit more money on a nicer version (if you're a perfectionist), or investing in some paint. "China" was stamped onto the blade, so I'll have to paint over that and correct the smudged Triforce symbol they stamped on. The sheath for the blade isn't bad visually, it's a little messed up in spots, but it's better than I could do. There's also a small crack on one side, where the sword fits in a little tight, hopefully it won't start to run. It's not a bad option, but there are probably better ones out there.

review on wooden mastersword
i loved the way it looked when i got it sheth was very well painted it did look a almost exactly like the sheth in the game its verry durable my had no cracks in it hilt is very nice but its more of a black color then blue the blade itself it pretty good to but it isnt as long or wide as it looks in the picture insted of the dimond on the hilt thats suposed to be there its a triange but thats ok im the type o person who likes to aquire the zelda items to be displayed so i would recomend this blade but i would like to ask the manufactures to make the blade alot longer like the sword should be and wider and not so skimpy on when the blade gets from big to small at the part where the triforce is but all in all its a good sword highly rcomend

A great prop, not so great paint job
A great prop for my Link Costume. I am using it at a costume party, so it will be dark. However, there are quite a few flaws with the painting on the sword. You can tell someone airbrushed / spraypainted it from a stencil. It is not as defined as in the photos on the sheath. Especially the handle of the sword. The triangle was crooked and it looks like someone set it down before it dried because the paint is smudged and missing around parts of the handle.Like I said, it's a great prop. But if you want something that is going to last, you will need to spend a bit more $$$

Nothing like what was advertised.
I did receive the swords, however they were in less than agreeable condition. Not the fault of shipping because of the following issues:None of the swords were of equal length - varying by about an inch or so each.Paint on the tips and middle of the grey part of the swords was messed up with blue splotches all over parts where they shouldn't have been.None of the sword's handles were painted well. It looks like someone just slapped paint on the little gold triangle without bothering to even try to stay within the triangle. Is there a reason why the swords are not as long as the scabbards? None of them were the full length.Only one sword came out smoothly. The other three were seriously stuck in the scabbards and I had to give a hard dangerous tug to get them out. Almost broke the very thin wood. All in all very flimsy material and sloppy work, and I would either like my money back, or credit.
