Ultra Primal Lean

I do not have diabetes, but my fasting glucose has been in the 110 range, so I have evaluated six products claiming to reduce your fasting glucose and to reduce the high value after eating a meal, etc. I have found most of these products are very limited in their ability for me to reduce my fasting glucose value and reduce the glucose spikes from eating a typical meal. This product is also supposed to lead to weight reduction. After taking two bottles - 2 or 3 pills a day with careful following of my glucose level via two to four measurements a day and weight tracking and keeping a detailed log has shown no improvement for me. I have had similar results with four other products. I am now testing my 6th product and it actually is showing far better glucose control with two pills a day before meals.

Verdict is still out on this product. But to be fair I have hard time to remember to take it 30 minutes before meal.

Though it is pricey, I used this product during my vacation in Europe since I had been on a very low carb diet before leaving and I intended to eat what I wanted (carbs, carbs & more carbs :) during that 2 week period: I did gain a few pounds but considering what I was eating, I would say it works! My mom used it too and felt the same way. I will order it again for the Holidays when I may splurge on carbs again. Furthermore, it doesn't upset my stomach at all (which is rare!)

I love primal lean products. They work, it surpresses my appetite, I have less cravings, I get full faster, and I can see changes in my body. I have at least 50 lbs I want to lose so everyone will have different results and yes I do work out 3-4 times a week doing the p.a.c.e. program from al sears and it has been working for me as well, with the two combined plus I have been watching what I eat, I will accomplish my goal.

Very Good Product

Lost only one pound, and no girth.

As most of us are, I was drawn to the hype of the random email about this product. Full disclosure, I have not tried the product yet. I will never try the product and I'll give you 2 reasons why. First, so many of the reviews on Amazon and several other sites show that those who have used it have seen only fractional success if any at all compared to the product's claims. Second, it is so ridiculously overpriced. If you do about 10 minutes of shopping right here on Amazon you can buy each ingredient in this product individually for about $15 (that's 60% 0ff) for a one month supply. All in equal or slightly higher daily doses if you do the math on capsules per container and mg/ capsule in the individual ingredients vs. Ultra Primal Lean ingredient/daily dose label. Don't be scammed by the hype. Don't waste your hard-earned money. Or, at least try them individually at the significant saving I mentioned. No matter what anyone tells you, the only way to lose weight is to add a little DAILY exercise to a healthy diet.
