Was ok when it worked.....but now
Bought it last year. Last month the inner bowl cracked while juicing. Have called the service center times. The local technician came home and returned saying " This product does not feature on our computer at work" Guess in now im stuck with an expensive paperweight! :-(

Fake or real, it's a mistry.
I ordered refurbished one in same price. I don't know how same product was listed under refurbished category in same price. Despite all It got delivered in fully wraked condition. Switch was lose, motor was not running, jar was cracked and from bottom grees was leaking.I don't know what's is wrong with Amazon. It's listed in refurbished and new segment in same price.This products claim to be from Bajaj brand but on Bajaj home appliances website it is not listed anywhere. I asked Amazon seller same question but I didn't get any answer. I think it's a fake product.
