Size: Crinkit 16.9oz The Crinkit is perfect for average chewers that love to play with water bottles. It's more durable than cloth or canvas water bottle dog toys. This stimulating toy is a great for combating boredom and anxiety. It's bouncy and floats, which makes it great for playing fetch. It's material is super easy to clean. Puppies, adults, and senior dogs will love the Crinkit. When the bottle looses its sound just remove it and replace it with a new one. For longer Crinking, stuff an old cut up tee shirt inside your Crinkit before securing the cap and stuffing the water bottle inside. Water bottle is not included. Most 16.9oz water bottles fit including Nestle Pure Life, Poland Springs, Deer Park, Zephyrhills, Arrowhead, Ozark, Ice Mountain, Costco, and more. Stuffing a water bottle inside a Crinkit is a tight squeeze, but it's to make it difficult for your dog to get the bottle out. We recommend rubbing soap and water over the bottle to help get the bottle inside the Crinkit, but there are alternatives to using soap and water. We have heard of customers using olive oil, and we love the idea. Make sure it's olive oil. We love hearing tips and ideas for the Crinkit. If you have any questions or if you are disappointed in the Crinkit for any reason please email or call Zigoo. If your dog loves the Crinkit please let others know through a review.

It's a mouthful
I like the concept here and my dog enjoys his other water bottle toys, such as the Outward Hound Kyjen 32058 Bottle Buddies Pig Plush Chew Toys Water Bottle, Large, Pink . This Crinkits product is well constructed and looks like it will hold up to a lot of chewing. It also has a much less "sex toy" appearance in person than the product photos might otherwise suggest. It is, however, a mouthful and even this smaller 8 oz bottle version is probably too big for a lot of breeds. My Chinese Shar-Pei loves crinkle toys but doesn't seem too excited about this particular toy and I believe that is due to its large circumference. A full grown large breed dog should do just fine with this. @zigoopetsI ordered the green version in February of 2016 and paid $12.99.

... inside them so I thought this would be a great toy for her
My dog (an English Mastiff) loves other dog toys that allow for bottles to be placed inside them so I thought this would be a great toy for her. The concept is great but it is next to impossible to actually get the bottle inside this toy...unless you slather it with soapy suds or some other slippery material! My dog is in the house so I don't want a bunch of stuff on my floors/carpet and I also do not want my dog ingesting soap!!! Also, you cannot fit a standard 12 ounce bottle (Nestlé, Dasani, etc) inside the toy fully as the bottom 1/3 of the bottle hangs out. You have to buy the little bottles, which are not common and hard to find. I gave it 3 stars because it is well built and my dog does like to chew on it, but it is not being used for the actual purpose for which I purchased it. Disappointed. :(

Water Bottle Fun
This is my goldendoodle’s favorite toy. She loves the crinkle of water bottles, but would chew them up to a dangerous point. This protects my dog while allowing her all the fun she wants. I got the toy idea from my parents - also a favorite of their golden retriever. It’s the perfect size for their 60 lb dog and my 40 lb dog.

What is that noise???
Well, I find more often than not, I'm kicking the Crinkit across the room, however, my dog loves it!He is getting on in years and still chases and chomps on it daily. I couldn't be more pleased andnow he is getting more exercise playing around the house.I'm using a bottle that is a bit too big for the holder, but Toby doesn't mind.If I had to say anything as a "con" it would be the toy is shorter than the average water bottle by a few inches,so you will have the bottle sticking out the back end. I will mention, this does not interrupt the playability!

Great concept, but fell apart
So here's the thing. I love this toy in concept. It zeroed in very smartly on our dog's behavior. He loves chewing bottles. And I know that toys aren't impenetrable, but honestly the cover was tearing apart within the very first use. I don't have a big dog, he's a jack Russell terrier mix, but we had to take it away 10 min after giving it to him because he was chewing off pieces of the foam cover and eating them. Love the concept, the toy needs to be tougher.

Great Pet Toy
This is great if you have a big dog. I have a 10 pound Yorkie and he struggles to get his mouth around it but still loves to hear the bottle crackling inside the Crinkits. Definitely worth it if your doggie loves water bottles.

8 oz is Short and Fat!
I have a small dog so I bought the small 8oz crinkit. It is too big around for my 8lb dog. It's short and fat so she can't get her mouth on it. Don't know if the 16oz size is narrower, but this was a total waste of my money. She loves chewing plastic bottles so back to the cloth covers we go!

Not so durable
Dog destroyed it pretty quickly. I missed the part about it being an 8 oz bottle. He loved it while it lasted lol
