I was told several years ago that I have high blood pressure and that I needed to get on medicine immediately. I told the doctor no and then went right to the health food store. They had a version of this herbal remedy there. I had been buying it at the health food store for years, but then COVID hit and the store hasn't been able to get it back in stock. Thankfully, Amazon had the same thing. They work great and I really can't live without them. Now, I go to the doctor and they tell me I have the blood pressure of a teenager. Definitely worth a try, but start out as the directions state with just 3 a day and then go up as needed. I take 5 to 6 a day, 3 in the morning and the rest at night.

I am a medical doctor. BP Balance is way better than pharmaceuticals. It takes a few days to work and it must be taken regularly 3 x 2 tablets per day. The only side effect it can have in some people is feeling tired. I recommend to also take Vitamins D3 and K1 and K2 as this combination will take out calcium from the blood vessel walls that make them stiff and cause hypertension and redeposit it into the bones. About 6 months of supplementation will make your blood vessels elastic and your bones strong again. This will bring down blood pressure. Meanwhile lower your BP with BP Balance and ditch the pharmaceuticals. You should also get the OMRON 3 Series wrist blood pressure monitor so you can check your blood pressure yourself and view the progress.

I have high blood pressure and was given Metapropalnal to take. I don't like to take meds so, I decided to take this.I take 3 pills and my pressure remains around 124/74. I can't say this is for everyone. A person would have to take and try a different amount of pills that work for them.

I've only been taking it for 2 weeks so I haven't noticed a difference in my Blood Pressure as of yet and I'm only taking 2 tablets 2 times a day. The product recommends 2 or 3 tablets 3 times a day but with getting 100 tablets that comes out to around a 30 day supply.I will have to update this review once I get through the 1st bottle so I can see just how well it works.The shipping was fast and the product was well packaged.3/27/15 Update: Haven't really noticed much different in BP but I figured I wasn't taking it enough, due to the reduction of pills I was taking because of the cost. I got another bottle to give it one more try and if this doesn't work, that's it I won't buy again.

This preparation DOES work very effectively to bring down your blood pressure. Everyone is different so you have to find out for yourself how many to take. It is not like a prescription pill that you take just ONE and it lasts all day. I usually take 3 of these little pills and then a mild diuretic on top of that. IF on the weekend I drink more then one alcoholic beverage and I feel my heart beating harder and my blood pressure rise then I will take 3 more when I go to bed. Hypertension is a silent killer and left unchecked can enlarge your heart among many other things. Many of the side effects of prescriptions drugs are intolerable so it makes this preparation a good find.
