I was hesitant to order this after reading other reviews, but I couldn't find it anywhere to buy in store. I had to have candied fruit to make my cake, though. It arrived safely, no spilling or breaks in the container. It was fine as far as candied fruit goes. I did cut the cherries into smaller pieces. The fruit cake I used it in turned out amazing (though I am not sure how much the fruit had to do with it).

Value for money good product

This fruitcake blend is impossible to find in stores, even during the holiday season, and once again Amazon came through in a clutch, and I was able to make my eggnog bread. The fruit pieces are nicely sized and the blend has a great balance. The flavor is not overly sweet or too gummy to mix. A great item that I will order again.
