I bought these to mount four disk drives in a Lenovo file server that was purchased "bare" (no drives). Apparently with Lenovo, you only get the caddies with drives purchased from Lenovo or in the computer. No problem. These work fine. After all, they're just a bracket and fiber optic to show the access lights up front. There are no electrical connections, so the only thing that matters is fit and price. These accomplish both. They fit and latch in place properly, and they cost less than the others I saw at Amazon. I recommend this product.

I bought these after realizing that the TS440 does not come with them, at least not with the most basic setup. I purchased four and that was a year ago. They are holding up well. I have the server on about 16 hours a day. All four trays are holding similar 4TB SATA hard drives. They are using the onboard RAID controller, configured to RAID 5. The trays are very sturdy, and smoothly slides into the server. There is a faint green light indicator that blinks when the drive is active. It is impossible to see the indicator when the door is closed, not an issue for me. Overall, I see no problem with them and I expect them to last a very long time.

I already had drives so I needed the caddies for the drives. I also didn't want to pay an extra hundred for the same drive put in a caddy by lenovo. Real easy to install as well!

I needed some cheap drive caddy's for my TD340 as Lenovo decided to cut the wrong corners (really? fancy dummy plates? what a waste)These fit the bill, and the pricepoint I was looking to spend (rather waste the extra money on more reliable drives)* These are the perfect fit for the TD340, although I though they giggled a bit when I put them in, but I did place them in without a drive.* They don't look cheap* They came neatly packaged, fast, not prime (still 2 days)* They were under $15 shippedDon't Hesitate

The drives caddies work ok but I order 12 of them and only 4 had functional activity LED passthrough.

Works perfectly in my modded Lenovo ThinkServer. Great pricepoint and didn't require a second mortgage.

These work great in my TS440. I bought 4. At $7 cheaper than the Lenovo ones that's close to $30 saved.

I did my research. This is the cheapest to get and includes screws. The product is built very well, I don't have other Lenovo to compare to, but I've worked with dozens of drive caddies for other servers. Added bonus are the screws since the wrong screws can interfere with usage.
