Not sold on these.
I want to preface this with the fact that I ride a lot. 30 miles a day a lot, so my break in time and wear time might be a lot faster than the normal rider. I bought these as a replacement to my Shimano 6800 wheelset which I kept having issues with. After 4 months I simply cannot recommend these wheels for the price. First off, the quick release skewers are cheap, I broke one in the second week just from riding to work in the morning. Had to replace those with better ones. On the web site it's stated that they do a wear test of sorts to break in the spokes so that there is less truing needed. I've trued these 4 times in the last 4 months due to them getting loose. The last time I brought it to my local shop to do to see if it was just me getting old. Same results. The main problem I have is actually with the hubs/spokes. They are extremely cheap and do not last for anything. The carbon itself is really good, no doubt about that (no cracks, wear marks from 3 sets of brake pads, really durable) but the parts 'the ones on this page' are just not worth the hassle when there are other rims that I've owned that are ten times more reliable.Do not "quick stop" with these rims, the first time they got really loose was after almost hitting a dog. After that quick braking the rim felt like a wet noodle. Really not satisfied with these, which is sad because they look like really good rims.

Great selection of carbon wheels
Great selection of carbon wheels, graphic colors, (12 to choose from) and hub options. Your not just stuck with one choice of Wheelsets either. You have the Epic (Clincher) Wheelset or the Elite (tubular) Wheelsets. Both are available in sizes ranging from 38mm-88 mm depth. And Tokyowheel even gives you the option to mix and match Wheelsets- with options like 38/50--50/60--60/80 or whatever you want. You can also buy the wheels with standard vapor hubs or upgrade to ceramic bearing vapor hubs, or top of the line dt swiss. Standard spokes are quality blade or upgrade to Sapim light high quality spokes. And I can't leave out wheel graphic color options. Wow! With so many choices, it'll be hard pressed not to find a color to match your ride, and your attitude haha! Combine them with their low price, and a 360 day ride it, like it, or return it money back guarantee, you'd be crazy not to give them a try. I've got two years on mine. Put them threw the RINGER lol! Pot holes, rough roads and they are still as true as the day they came out of the box. Give tokyowheel a try. You won't be disappointed.

Top value in carbon wheels
This is our 4th set of TokyoWheels. We have 3 sets of epic 60-80 for 2 competition road bikes and a Time Trial bike. These were purchased with the intent of using them as a training set replacement for Roval Rapide CL40s that came with Specialized Tarmac Pro Race. We did get them with the DT240 Swiss hub and Sapim Cx-Ray upgrades. After receiving the wheels, weighing them and riding them (and also based on our experience with the other wheelsets) these became the race wheels and the Rovals became the training wheels. In 3 years of riding we have never had to true one of these wheel sets. They are light, extremely durable, smooth, and aero. We did have a problem with rear ceramic bearings on one of the wheel sets (they got really rough). James Ferrer, from TokyoWheel promptly sent a replacement set and we haven't had a problem since. Great wheels. Great support. Great value.

Tokyowheels Epic 38 and Epic 60's review
I bought a set of Tokyo 38's with upgraded DT swiss hubs and sapim spokes to use for climbing and in windy conditions (also own a set of Epic 60's with ceramic hubs for 18months, runs perfect!). I have been riding the 38's for a couple of months, and the performance is brilliant, very stiff, superior braking, and staying true even when being punished on hillclimbs, and the finish/quality is really topdollar. I've owned other topbrand carbonwheels at twice the price, and in my opinion, they're not worth the money. For the same price I now own these two sets of topclass wheels which makes me look forward to every ride.Morten (Denmark)

I have been racing with them for one season and they are great. I have not had any problems with them
I have the Tokyowheel Epic 50mm. I have been racing with them for one season and they are great. I have not had any problems with them. They are light in weight, roll smooth and when riding in wet weather applying breaks is no problem. A great set of wheels for a very good price. Customer service is very good with James, he answered all my questions, a nice person to work with. Some of my friends have wheels that cost twice the money as these and it is no difference. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very good selection of aero-carbon wheels from 38 mm - 88 ...
Very good selection of aero-carbon wheels from 38 mm - 88 mm depth. Your choice of clincher, tubular, rim-brake, or disc brake. Hub choices include the house brand Vapor hubs or the option to upgrade to ceramic bearings or DTSwiss 240 straight pull. Spokes are either Pillar or Sapim CXRay if you opt to upgrade. Not sure which spoke nipple is spec'd with the Pillar spokes but the upgrade is to the Sapim SILS spoke nipples. Durable, well built wheels with a dozen color decals to choose to match your frame or just go all black ghost decals. Customer service is quick to respond to all inquiries and I like the quality, price point, and the crash replacement policy.

Epic 38 Climbing wheels.
I purchased the Epic 38 wheels with Ceramic hubs and Sapim spokes. After 100 miles, they are stiff, smooth, and fast rolling. Compared to my Spinergy FCC carbons. These are lighter, with less flex.
