Excellent wheel-set. Excellent price.
Excellent condition. They look new. My guess is that they are refurbished and completely new. They come with everything. Highly recommended. They are fast and smooth.Rear HUB is for 10-speed cassette but it can be upgradable to 11 as I confirmed that directly with Reynolds.

The product description did not provide that this is for the old 10-speed cassette. I would assume by purchasing on 2016 that this would be a 11-speed compatible hub.
