The item is awkward to use. The cover for the charger port keeps falling out allowing water to enter. Both a small card and the enclosed instruction booklet urge buyers to immediately register the product for its one year warranty. The web address on the small card sends you to a page with a virtual button - clicking the button does not work. The QR on the front of the booklet takes you to Facebook. Web pages for the company name take you to a 402 error page. If this thing stops working in a week there does not appear to be anyway to connect with the company except thru Facebook and I do not intend to set up a Facebook acct. My dentist recommends flossers but I wish I had spent a bit more and purchased a brand name. And to top it off the company appears to have dropped this item a couple days after I bought one. Amazon - you need to pick your companies better - if this doesn't work after a coupel weeks I am out of luck.

I like the added features this water flosser has over the "household name" brand: removable water tack for draining and cleaning; extra specialized pick heads; and, the mode options, too. I've only used it twice, but it was a comfortable grip in my hand. It seems the water tank/reservoir is a bit larger than my last water pik....ooops, I mean, flosser.

Before using product, instructions say to scan QR code to activate warranty. I do not have scanner, so I contacted Vitchello on two occasions for assistance. Their answering machine gave instructions in a foreign language. Then I was disconnected. Since I am not bi-lingual, I took a picture of the QR code and sent it to the company’s e-mail address. I received a response with instructions to use Facebook Messenger as this was the only way Vitchello would activate their warranty. I responded by saying that I do not have a Facebook account due to a compromising situation. I am currently waiting for a reply. Due to my explanations above, I will not purchase any product from Vitchello.

First time using a water pick and the buttons are a little tricky just to get used to pressing the right one without looking. I guess over time it will come easy. Other than that it's pretty amazing and the fact that you can take it wherever you travel because it's rechargeable is also pretty awesome.

I'm really sorry to say this; but for me it's the design. It's Bulky/awkward for use. And the on/off switch does not function consistently. I've kept it because it's better than nothing. I didn't write my review sooner, because I'm still figuring out how this on line shopping works.

I truly believe that products like this should never come used. This clearly was. The box and bags inside were unsealed. The device has fingerprints all over it. Products like this need to be hygienic and this isn't.

It works well. I have a broken molar that will be extracted and it is keeping the area very clean, while I wait for the dental surgery next week. Edit: it broke in 5 days.Sadly, I have to return the item

It used to work great, but it stopped working one week ago. I used it 2-3 times a week for about 5 months. I'm really disappointed. I thought it would've been more durable. The buttons stopped working, i don't think it's charging. I tried other cables. I don't think that the power adapter is the issue.

This is a super effective water flosser based on 3+ weeks of usage. I prefer to use two modes i.e. the normal speed and pulse (medium flow forced interval) mode. I have used a water flosser before so getting used to this one was not a problem. Yes, normal speed is kinda nasty initially but helps in getting rid of all the unwanted particles in the mouth. So far the charging has been very good. 1 single charge easily lasts15 days, 45 - 60 seconds use, twice a day.

Bought it to help my son clean his throat. Works great for why we need it.

product is pretty good quality for the price. My son really enjoys using it.
