Gets a little hot quickly, but it serves its purpose well for the price and design

This thing seems to be really high quality and the actual aesthetic design is very nice.Update: I've gotten to really using this thing over the past couple months and I must say that I really love it. It's super fast read and write, I ended up storing all my favorite shows and movies and programs and photos and anything else I want to hang onto on this thing and it's not full yet. Eventually I might want something bigger but for now this thing is perfect.

Pros -Super tinyPretty fast for very small transfersLarge drive for such a low priceCons -Heats up very fast and can become too hot to touchWrite speeds fluctuate with medium transfers and anything over 3 gigabytes is going to cause this thing to throttle considerably. For small transfers I get about 77MB/s, but for even a 3gb transfer I get on average 2mb/s

Runs hot. Process slow. But convenient for travel purpose

I’m an optimist and a technical person so I ignored the one star reviews because I assumed they were made by non technical people with unrealistic expectations...grrrrrr. THEY ARE CORRECT! The design is great, the build quality is great, the capacity is good, the concept is good, BUT THE PERFORMANCE REALLY IS A DISASTER! Buy this only if you want to transfer a few files at a time. It’s great for that. But if you want to transfer 5 to 10 gb at a time, forget it. It warms up and the transfer rate goes to a bad place in a hand basket. Mine didn’t get really hot like some people have said, but the transfer rate continued to slow to the point where it just stopped. I did keep mine since I mainly bought it for small transfers. Before you buy, just realize that the bad reviews are correct for large transfers and the good reviews are for small transfers.

The capacity is true, and the click is satisfying when rotating the handle. The speeds are fast for very small files, but sustained transfers slow down to the KB/s because of excessive heat. Convienent for quicking transfering files from phone to computer, but there is better value elsewhere.

I really love this stick especially because I was transforming to my new surface which had only USB C ports on it. Most computer skill don't have USB C so if I need to transfer files or share something with a colleague or to put it on someone's computer for a powerpoint this works with both regular USB and the USB C just by flipping it around. I'm very mobile so small size was important to me and I don't think you can make something like this any smaller.

This has held up really well. I use it almost every day and it works well in my computer's usb drive and on my mobile phone.
