Flash Mob Law: The Legal Side of Planning and Participating in Pillow Fights, No Pants Rides, and Other Shenanigans Paperback – June 10, 2014

I had to read this for a Flashmob class at my university (which was lovely). Carter does a good job explaining it very simply for those not in legal studies. It's a quick read and she breaks down the possible legal repercussions by law. She explains her own experiences and tips for having fun without spending time in jail. Good thing to look over if you're planning a flashmob.

Excellent book if you are considering planning a flash mob activity (non-criminal, of course! e.g., dance, pillow fight, etc.). Ms. Carter introduces issues and legal considerations that you would likely not consider--or even imagine--unless you were an expert with flash mob law. Highly recommend this book.
