Amazing item, exceeded expectations by a mile but packaging was damaged
Buying as a gift for my mum. Was skeptical about the quality and if it would be as good as I hoped it would be. Honestly, its better than I expected. Thick glass, intricately painted, solid metal handle/base. Very impressed and would reccomend. My only concern is as per the picture, the box was a bit abused despite being covered in bubble wrap. Looks a bit scrapy which really lets down the beautiful item inside. Going to buy a separate box to gift it in which I shouldn't have to. However, the item itself is well made and worth every penny. Great buy

Disappointed
TBH I was disappointed, it looks delicate whereas in reality it’s a hefty mug and the finishing is on the cheaper sideI was waiting to see what it was like so I could buy more as gifts but, having received this one I’m not bothering

Arrived on time and in perfect condition
I ordered the tall cup but received the small cup the spoon is too large in proportion to the cup. Very pretty and happy with the price. Would have preferred the large cup though.

A beautiful gift item
I bought two varieties of this item for gifts and both met my expectations. They are both beautifully decorated, sturdy glass mugs which arrived earlier than the date given. Each came with matching spoons which complete a very lovely gift. If I required more I would definitely order from this seller again.

Beautiful Mug, slightly fragile
Very pretty mugMy friend was over the moon with her gift.The box was a little dented upon arrival and I wouldnt say the mug is the sturdiest Ive seen, but I suppose something so intricately designed is bound to be slightly fragile. Happy with purchase.
