Swan Shower Extension SCL5F10I-C Shower Extension Unit

This took no time at all to install.I'm nearly 6' tall and the shower head in my apartment comes up to my chin. I had to crouch to wash my hair or get a normal shower.Years ago I had the same problem in another apartment. It took awhile to find an extension arm. It was really ugly because it had a joint in the middle of the extension. I had to get the plumber's tape and tape both ends of the extension and then install the arm and then the shower head. It took a couple of hours with the trips to the hardware store.I took this out of he box and was able to install it in under 15 minutes. The tape is already on the pipe! Even though it is really functional, it still looks pretty elegant in the shower.I also love that it has the adjustable flow feature. My husband uses a different setting than me and it's easy for each of us to adjust.

There is a lot of talk of why the shower head is mounted so low. Really, when it was decided it should be that low were we that short and we grow tall since?... Does not matter, Swan Shower Extension is here to help. Super easy to install. Just remove your older shower head from the wall and install the Swan Extension. I really like the fact that it already have teflon tape on the threads. I swear that I have some tape at home but I can never find it when I need and I ended up having to drive to the store to get a new one. Not with this one. This is a great shower head for the price and perfect for apartments. It is cheap enough that you can just leave it there when you move out. The next tenants will thank you for that.

Okay for the price. Easy to install. However, shower head lacks pressure but once the filter is removed, this is no longer an issue.It has only 3 settings: Center, Pulse, and Shower (which only allows water to flow through the outer rim and nothing from the center)The main negative part is that this S Arm pipe is not of a standard thread. It's a female type (which is the opposite of your typical shower arm) and the size of the included shower head is smaller than the standard 1/2 inch. Basically you cannot just go buy or order a standard replacement shower head because of the different size and type.

Had to return shower arm and shower head. I'm sure this product would have worked great however only a specialized shower head can be attached and I wanted something more universal (can't attach shower heads found at any local store). If you want a slick shower arm and head as a single unit and don't plan on changing heads down the road this is fine, if you want to change heads at any point down the road then chose something else (I went with the Danco 27042A).

If you have a standard-height showerhead, and you're a over-standard height person, this is for you. The one caveat--you cannot add a different shower head because of the non-standard threading. However, this is a decent head if you don't need anything 'extra' (massage function, etc..)

6 foot son and 5 foot others are able to experience the same performance.

Finally a shower where we can enjoy the experience without bending, buckling or hitting our heads. The product arrived quickly and boxed in perfect packaging, hassle free installation so much so, my guy didn't even need the instructions which made getting to the experience so much sooner. Whomever invented this is clearly a tall genius who can relate to the daily dual when entering the stall. Finally we're all about pleasure and putting the awkward bendo-ur-heado thing to rest.Thanks.

I AM A VERY TALL PERSON. ALL OF MY PREVIOUS SHOWER HEADS ALWAYS GAVE ME PROBLEMS. THIS SHOWER HEAD IS AMAZING. IT IN ALWAYS IN THE PERFECT POSITION AND WORKS AMAZINGLY WELL. I AM GOING TO CHANGE OUT ALL OF MY SHOWER HEADS IN MY HOME SO THAT MY KIDS CAN ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE OF TAKING A SHOWER WITH SUCH A POWERFUL AND COMFORTABLE SHOWER HEAD. THE DESIGN IS AMAZING. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT.
