Because the manual print is so small, I cannot read it at all.  Does anyone know if there is online information where I could learn about them?

Mine just arrived less than 10 minutes ago and here I am because of the same complaint.  If they gave us English only or maybe with Spanish instead of 10 languages, they could use all the extra paper printing it so it's a readable font.  And these are marketed to seniors?

Question 2

How is the microphone? I'm wondering if I can use these to teach online. The students to hear me clearly enunciate words.

I agree with the muffled sound issue. I wouldn't recommend them for online teaching.
I Purchased these for my husband. During calls, he could hear the person but they could not hear him. 
I would recommend a USB wired gaming headset. Most have a boom mic, which would work nicely for online teaching. I work in higher education and use a USB wired headset.

Question 3

Cannot get it to work with bluetooth. Dell tech support tried for 1 1/2 hours and no connection. Manual print too small to read. Help?

I understand the print being way TOO SMALL. I know is that the power must be on turned OFF at first(POWER button on the right side of headset), follow the steps below then turn POWER ON, the blue light starts flashing indicating it's powered on &/or pairing with Bluetooth capable device. Make sure you turn on the Bluetooth capability on your phone or other device, if it doesn't automatically find the headset & connect then you have to search for device which will be listed as "WH-816", if code is needed to access "0000" is the code you enter. The light is suppose to flash(even if POWER is OFF) to indicate a successful pairing. Then turn POWER ON to enjoy! 
P.S. If does work the first time, turn OFF headset & then back ON. If that doesn't work, try pairing instructions once more with POWER OFF to headset & remember if it's a success the blue light on headset will flash.
