I didn’t take it as seriously as I should have until I started having PCOS symptoms. I was having a really hard time losing weight, I lost my period, I always felt fatigued, and my skin had inflammation and was dry. I also suffer from gut health issues - some days I’d be constipated and some days I’d have diarrhea. My stomach always seemed like it was upset and bloated. And to top it all off, I had a yeast infection for two weeks that seemed like it wasn’t going away.To fix my gut health issues and my yeast infection, I was on the hunt for a good probiotic. I tried a popular one on Amazon called Physician’s Choice Women’s Probiotics and after reading all of the great reviews, I was hoping it would work for me. Unfortunately, that left me feeling super bloated, nauseous, and constipated. So I kept on looking - when I came across this probiotic that was centered around yeast. I’ve taken this probiotic for only two days, and see such an improvement already. Not only did my yeast infection symptoms start going away, but I also didn’t feel as bloated as usual.
