very uncomfortable and burdensome
I will say these bands get the job done. They hold tight and accomplish what they are meant to do. The problem is that they are so uncomfortable and irritating that I couldn't even keep them on for one workout. The clips are good only for quick release, but they get in the way and are uncomfortable while wearing them. The stitches around the band and at the end of the strap scratch your arm and no matter what position I put them in they were somewhat painful. They do not tighten easily and all they did was spin around my arm - I had to awkwardly hold one the band in place with my chin while I pulled the strap with my other arm. I spent more time and got a better workout from constantly adjusting these things than I did from actually lifting weights. I'll be returning these for something more comfortable.

Thick and don’t slip off the arm
I love the thickness of these bands and that they don't slip off the arm or scratch with the velcro. The results have been impressive and I can see a lot more muscles carvings on my arms. It comes with a small pouch to store the two arm bands. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to add muscle size.
