Massage Chair by OOTORI, Zero Gravity Massage Chair, Massage Chairs Full Body and Recliner with Lower Back Heat and Foot Roller

This was my husbands anniversary gift, I sat him in it and after 3 minutes he’s snoring away but he’ll snore anywhere that requires him to be seated!, I on the other hand, it hurt me, maybe I just need to get used to it, I never felt the shoulder pads and he didnt either! We didn’t feel them at all, yes they aired up but did nothing, I don’t think there in the right position for anybody! Couldn’t get it to go all the way back either, it said feet would be over heart, we tried and tried and I know I’m using the right buttons but it didn’t happen!! Not really what I was expecting, your upper legs do not get nothing, I mean nothing, and depending on your height, your more likely to get a head massage instead of a neck massage, the only part that heats up is a little on the back side, the air bags don’t give no massage, it just squeeze that part, so it’s not a full body massage chair! Legs don’t get massages either, just squeezed for the lower part, the above the knees get NOTHING, Not what I had in mind at all, for the price we paid we shoud be able to get a FULL body massage!! Your mid back or spine I should say don’t get massage either, between the shoulders don’t get massaged either!! YOUR ARMS DO NOT GET MASSAGED Either, Not worth it at all!!I’m 5’4 and he’s 5’7!!Don’t think this was designed for short people or small people, I have to force my arms or under the elbow I should say in the air bags because I can’t reach and it’s too wide for me that my hands be in the airbag, I think this is for bigger and taller people only!! He’s big enough to get the neck massaged and arms(under the elbow) in the air bag, I’m NOT apparently!! Not for everybody!! THIS IS NOT A FULL BODY MASSAGE CHAIR!! Not by a long shot!!!

Works really well for the price. I’m 6’1 so the adjustable legs were AMAZING. The only downside (and cause for it not being 5stars) is that it certainly is NOT zero g. Maybe it’s my height but I wish it would decline just a smidge more to get my legs equal to my heart for circulation reason. But for $800 I feel like I can’t complain. Everything else is fantastic. Love it.

Good price, good product, great delivery. Few issues with airbags at the moment which I am trying to solve with seller, as I just received chair 2 weeks ago.Just wish I would have gotten a different model as being a bit over 6 feet tall, massage is not as effective.

The chair works great!However the description is very inaccurate. I'm 5'11 and the chair back barely reaches my shoulder blades. It is impossible for the rollers to reach my shoulders and that is the main reason that I bought this chair. I have to scooch down for the rollers to reach my shoulders and when I do that, the rollers do not reach by back as it is arched.I would love to send this back and purchase another model with a higher back as the chair does everything else great if I received credit for my purchase price and no return/restocking cost..

I'm usually always tense and sore near the back but I also got a lot of muscles. Didnt really penetrate to help relax me. Wouldn't recommend if you're a muscular build.Get what you paid.
