Scorch Resistance Ironing Board Cover and Pad Resists Scorching and Staining Ironing Board Cover with Heavy Duty Padded 4 Fasteners 15”X 54”

I bought this needing a replacement for my prior ironing board cover, now discovering I should have replaced this much sooner. This ironing board cover (not yet used, received today) is very easy to position, excellent fit (standard board size), very padded, has elastic "holders" for ease of use to keep in place, and a bonus "delicates" fabric (I think) that I'd never had before, using a delicate towel instead, but saw these sold separately while searching for my board cover. I'll see how this works but suspect it will be wonderful. I am unable to rate durability or stain resistance yet, but these both appear like they will be very good, also.I highly recommend this ironing board cover, and very reasonably priced!

We received the Hansprou Ironing Board Cover and Pad earlier today and were impressed with the quality, appearance and ease of fitting it on our older ironing board. However, we could not locate the velcro straps to secure the pad and I gave a rating of only two stars. I then emailed the company. They responded within hours and offered to send me clips. To my embarrassment, we just discovered the missing clips which my husband inadvertently had set aside. The pad is now secure and I am upgrading my rating to five stars with a deep apology to Hansprou. I also learned from a Hansbprou rep that the mesh cloth included with the cover is to be placed between the iron and the fabric being ironed to protect the fabric and prevent the iron from leaving marks on it. I wrestled with this for a while before I decided to take out the directions and try it the right way. It went on so much easier! Seriously, it sits nicely, smooth and well padded. Ironing, one of my least favorite tasks, just got a whole lot easier.I'm curious I am still trying to figure out how to incorporate the rectangle of netting that was included with the product. What is that piece for? Is it a pressing cloth, I usually use a dish cloth for that? Does it go under the board inside the stretchy 'suspenders?' What is it to be used for?

This is a quality cover with good pad and the elastic is strong. It may work great for your board if yours is a little less than the "standard" 15x54. The narrow front "nose cap" fit beautifully, but how I'd love it if manufacturers would just charge an extra $1 and make the covers a couple of inches wider so they wrap the board. I suspect this is a common grumble.The problem: my board is a full 15" wide and I could never get the cover taut from the middle to the back, with or without the elastic straps. Speaking of the straps, they were NOT the quality of the elastic around the board and they seemed long, so the length of them meant that the metal clips extended over the edge of the board ... and still the cover was not smooth. I give up - it seems less trouble to return and order a different one than to fiddle with their elastic straps or go buy and sew on some velcro.

Love this ironing board cover! I have searched stores and online and was so happy to finally find this one!It is easy to install and fits snugly to your ironing board without a struggle. It is stain resistant and water does not leave a stain like on other covers.The cover is made of high quality material and has a great looks as well. I am pleased with my purchase!

I just bought this after not changing mine for like 2 decades. It was sliding all over the board & stained some. Yes it was time to go! When I removed it, I discovered it was a 2 piece and the foam was thin & cheap. This new cover is one piece, thickly padded and secures well! The fit is amazing and no trouble at all to put on. Very pleased.

This ironing board cover is thick and easy to install. Slips easily over the front of the ironing board and stretches to cover tightly. It's working really well for my sewing projects. It's been durable and stain resistant. It comes with a piece of mesh fabric that I don't know what to do with. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This cover has great padding and a nice heavy cotton top. The claim is that it is scorch resistant. I have scorch stains in several places within the first week of use. I am disappointed that it failed to meet the expectation of scorch resistant.
