Small Metal Round Readers - Reading Eyeglasses (Unisex)

These glasses are well-made for the price. In fact, i may purchase frames from this company for my prescription lenses. The only reason that I am giving these a four-star is that they were a bit larger than I wanted -- kind of bring me back to the 80s when I was looking for something more "steam punk." If you want a smaller frame, make sure you get the smaller size -- even then, though, if you have a smaller face even the smaller size might be a little bigger than you wanted. However, they are very nicely made and well worth the money. They come in a plastic case, they were in great shape, and they even include a glass cleaning rag with the glasses. I purchased another set of reading glasses for approximately the same price from another company on Amazon -- the glasses came broken and had simply been shoved in a cardboard box. These came in perfect condition in an eyeglass container within the box. I bought another pair of glasses from this company but purchased the smaller size; it was much closer to what I wanted.

I bought these glasses based on the reviews of size and quality. I wanted small round reading glasses that would resemble John Lennon's in all those famous photos from Let it Be, and the Plastic Ono period. This product is described as "Small Round Readers". In fact, they are ENORMOUS round readers. The lenses are about 1-3/4" diameter. I am an above average sized man. These rims and lenses extend far above the eyebrows onto the forehead resembling those worn by Hooty the Owl or Charlie Brown's friend, Marcie. What is actually "small" about these glasses is the width between the eyes, nothing more. If you are looking for the Lennon look, then look elsewhere.

This is the 2nd purchase of these readers b/c they are just perfect! I love the style, the fit, and the look. The glasses resemble the "Harry Potter" look, although I think they are more of a "Hippie-Look" from the 1970s (which is why I purchased them again!).Thank you for another winner, dear Amazon! Seems like a sturdy frame. I'm pretty tough on my readers. The over-all size seems a bit small, but I knew the measurements. The glass size is what I wanted, as they are not too large. Just takes a little getting used to full rounds. Not quite John Lennon, but close.

I have a number of glasses for specific tasks--reading and computer, for example. These are my favorites! True round frames are hard to find, most "round" one are oval.

Glasses arrived on a timely basis. Upon opening the package, I foundthey were enclosed in a free protective case which also containeda glass cleaning cloth. The glasses themselves are well made and feature a spring hinge whichprevents the temple arms from breaking if overextended. Optics are good and clear. All in all, a very good product and at an affordable price.

These are Fantastic........and they work MUCH better than the Prescription Glasses I got from the Walmart Vision Center after seeing the eye doctor and of course they are WAY better then the dollar store or pharmacy reader glasses.........the quality of the frames are solid and the lenses are a much higher quality with less imperfections than the cheapo readers from the dollar stores or the pharmacy.....they are Perfect !!.....

These glasses are very nice well built and the magnification is the strength expected.Having worn them for several days, I would choose smaller lenses and no frame around the lenses them selves.
