After getting it out of the box, this thermal printer took only a few minutes to set up and start producing labels. The labels have very sharp printing. I used to print orders on my inkjet printer and tape them to the shipments, so this will pay for itself quickly. It's quite simple to pick the correct printing size while using to print my labels. I would definitely suggest one to anyone who does a small business with shipping, Highly advised if you sell items on Etsy.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and $$$This is a total piece of crap with no support what so ever! Their "website" has all these help suggestions that are the most basic questions but nothing that is really helpful.It doesn't have this so even loading the printer if you don't align the end of the label to "where it's supposed to be" (which has no indication of where that is) the labels print half way through the label.What they want you to do is select a gap size between each label BUT the problem is even when set to 4x6 specs and media size to the correct output it still misprints

Everything's packaged nice and snug. They also included a few labels in the box, which I was not expecting. Printer is nice and compact so it takes up hardly any room, Makes label printing so much quicker and faster, and does not require any ink cartridges!It came in handy when calibrating and trying some test prints. Currently using it to print labels for my online shop, but I can see myself using it for personal projects too!

I was able to install this thermal printer on my MAC and have it work within 15 mins. I spent days trying to get the last thermal printer I purchased to work on my MAC, but the drivers didn't work. The instructions were verbalized electronically on their website with a pre-recorded YouTube video. Everything worked quickly and most of all it was easy!

So i bought this due to pricing and for a few months have had struggled to get it to work properly and havent had time to deal with it.. What happens is it prints a few and gets stuck not jammed just errors out. I have to reset it. Mostly I get TWO prints before it goes out. I emailed them and they wrote back with a video to do a paper calibration. Unit powered off Press feed button and then turn on and when the light turns red it feeds a few lables and stops its calibrated. I then reset it and was able to print 8 labels without a single issue. I hope this fixed the issue because now im happy

I purchased this printer because i do volume shipping selling on auction platforms. This printer was ez set up. But stopped printing after just 8 labels ,I did everything including uninstall & reinstall and still no print on the label. Sent or back .3 stars for ez setup. But it's junk in my opinion.

Very impressed with this thermal printer!Getting it set up was a little bit of a process as the instructions were in a language that is foriegn to me, and even the pictures in the manual were of a completely different style printer. But all in all I am very pleased with it. I have used in now for about month and I am so happy a took a chance on it.

The printer works when it wants to. It does not print color. Tried to get help from the company directly and they asked me to download a file to my laptop to fix the ‘drive’ but the drive is not the issue. It’s the printer itself. Oh and also, I could not connect it wirelessly. It comes with no instructions or anything. Complete waste of money for my small business.
