A little challenging, but very doable
This is a interesting one. The product is actually good, to start with. The color is just a bit grayer than the plastic of the interior of the car, but it’s close enough. I didn’t see any directions in the box, and there don’t appear to be any how-to videos as of this writing. There ARE forums with pictorials, however, so google wisely. You only have to remove 6 screws and two bolts to do it. Slide both your seats all the way forward so you can access the two bolts on either side of the center console. Lift up your armrest. Unscrew the two rearmost Torx screws on the top of the inside of the armrest. You then pull the top, rear facing, upper panel off to expose the top two torx screws on the part you’re replacing. (Remove them.) The upper panel is also held on by upholstery tabs after removing the top armrest screws so you’ll have to apply a bit of force. Leave the wires attached; you don’t need to take apart the electrical stuff. Now pop out the tabs that cover the bolts on the bottom outside (right and left sides) of the center console. Remove the 2 10mm bolts. Now you can lift the whole console up and access the two screws at the base of the part you’re replacing. They’re underneath and behind the rear facing panel of the part you're replacing. Hard to access. You’ll have to prop up the console (with a 2x4 or something) since it’s still attached by wires and so forth. Now pull the old part out and put the new one in. It’s relatively easy and would only take ten minutes if those two bottom torx screws were easier to get to. Allow about 30 minutes, including hair pulling time.

Matches perfect, use clips from old piece
I tryed to include some how to pictures, im very happy with the results. Make sure you get the metal clips off the old piece and put them on the new one. It snaps right in and also theres 4 small bolts that hold the piece in so make sure to get them. Took me about 30 minutes to swap out, but it matches up perfectly and the plastic is the same matching color.

Terrible directions, decent cup product.
I’d originally written a long review, but am updating it here. After dealing with poor quality and truly incomplete, cryptic instructions, I managed to get the unit installed. Took time to make sure there was no damage to all of the trim pieces. Now that it’s in, we’re quite happy with it. The color is a shade lighter than the rest of the black trim, but it’s not a large enough variation to be noticeable if you aren’t scrutinizing. For the record the manufacturer was trying to be helpful, but literally had no idea what they were doing. If you don’t mind a little extra time to figure out how to get it in, you’ll be very happy once it is.

Rear seat won't fold down if you install this.
Looks like a good idea, But... extremely complicated to install. Google has instructions. The biggest problem is that the rear seat doesn't fold down completely if you install this.

Looks factory, happy with it
Installed this on a JLU Sahara. No instructions but there are helpful ones online. 30 minute install, not too bad but working blind inside and under the center console to install.

Very close to perfect.
Everything lined up. And feels as good as the OEM part. The lack of the 5th star for two reasons. There is a slight difference between the part texture and center console, and lack of any instructions.

Perfect fit, but no instructions
Product fits perfectly in the 2019 Wrangler JL. There is no installation instructions but I was able to find some by doing an online search. Gave it 4 stars because of no instructions and the color is slightly more gray than stock trim. It’s only noticeable to someone who is truly looking hard to see the difference. Satisfied with my purchase

Great addition!
Install was extremely easy. This fits perfectly with the original equipment. Lines up just like it was put in from the factory.
