NOT really a teaching CD
This is practice music for people who already have the teaching DVD's. This was not a good purchase for me, I did not read or understand that this is not a teaching CD - music only no pictures no instruction

The sound quality is not very good. On the upside, the drills are different from those on Basic Hula's DVD; it is a good next step up from that program.
