Good but not great
They serve the purpose of holding sandwiches and burgers. They are very low in carbs, so they do help with a low carb diet plan. The texture is soft and moist. They are not firm like a bread or a bun. NO way do these mimic real bread in any way. The taste is ok. I am going to try the jalapeno ones next for a little more flavor. If you are tired of using lettuce all the time to hold your food, then these are a good alternative. I toast them so the outer crust firms up a bit. But the middle remains very moist. By the time you are half way done with your burger or sandwich, your fingers have gone through the thins. They are pricey, but I like convenience and making them myself is way too much work. When we go out to eat I toast up 2, let them cool, then toss in a baggie and into my purse. I can make a sandwich, wrap, taco out of anything. I will keep buying just for the convenience alone. They arrived room temp. Put one pack in fridge and froze the rest. I don't need them everyday. So they are lasting me, so then the price is tolerable. They are helpful in maintaining a low carb diet.

The product needs to be refrigerated
The seller sent this product without refrigeration. The package clearly states that it must be stored in the refrigerator. It didn't say refrigerate after opening, etc. When I brought this to the seller's attention, they said they were comfortable storing it at room temperature for 30 days. This product contains milk, eggs, and produce. Do YOU want to store it unrefrigerated?

Soggy, burned cauliflower.
Let's start with the fact that I purchased both the pizza crusts and the sandwich thins. I was very impressed with the Italian pizza crusts. I was equally unimpressed with the sandwich thins. They were soggy, crumbly and tasted straight up like cauliflower. They also tasted burned somehow. They didn't look burned but they tasted burned. I tried to toast them to help with the sogginess but it just increased the burned taste. I'm going to keep playing with them to see if I can do anything to improve them since I paid $36 for them. I will not purchase these again. The pizza crusts, on the other hand, I will buy again.

I really like them
I really like the little sandwich thins. They are pretty neutral in taste (by themselves, with a little butter, they taste faintly of roasted cauliflower and parmesan which - yum). They are actually more forgiving than the instructions lead you to believe. I tend to heat them at 350F while I'm making dinner. That way they are ready when I'm ready. You do need to flip them once if you want both sides to be crisp. They also hold together. I hate sandwich "bread" which dissolves when you actually use it to make a sandwich. I've already ordered my second batch.

Sooooo good!
Tried it just once so far, and I LOVE these! I was concerned at first about the different smell of them. But they are great! The directions don't mention toasting them, so I baked them to get a little crisp to them. But I think next I'll try to roast them :)

Yummmmmy!!!!
OMG these are delicious!! I highly recommend these! I got them today and made a sandwich for dinner, 2 thins, serving of turkey lunch meat, mustard, arugula, tomatoes.....soooooooooooo good!! I have been living the Whole30 life but want to focus on weight loss now but still eat clean. These fit the bill for sure!!! I do not miss bread but miss sandwiches and with these I can have 2 sandwiches for a meal and still come in at under 400 calories!!

Thumbs up
I’m addicted. So far I have done lox’s with smoked salmon everything bagel seasoning, grilled cheese, pizzas, egg sandwiches, like a pita for falafel & can’t wait to try more. Just a good vessel. Holds together really well for how thin they are. Cauliflower doesn’t really over power anything in my opinion. My BF begs to differ he says, it stinks & cauliflower shouldn’t be anything acting like any other food— just plain ol’ toasted cauliflower. All ready thru my second shipment, it will differently be a staple for me to have on hand.

Love these but you need a better shipping plan
I have 2 problems with this product. I love these but they are far to expensive. Second problem with this product is the refrigeration issue. First shipment arrived barley frozen. Second shipment not even close to frozen. I see no way you can ship these to Texas in the summer. With some products I bulk order in winter but when I can’t get these, still frozen, in January I see no future.
